How does my subscription work?
Once you sign up you'll set a preferred refill cadence in your account — how often you'd like fresh lenses. We pack, prep, and ship based on that schedule, and your card on file is charged each time an order ships. You can cancel any time before your next shipment goes out.
Can I change the frequency of my shipments?
Yes — manage your delivery cadence any time from your account, including picking a specific ship date.
Will my subscription stop when my prescription expires?
We'll reach out to your prescriber to try to renew it first. If we can verify a renewal, your subscription keeps going without any action needed from you. If we can't reach your prescriber, we'll let you know your options.
What is your return policy?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened boxes that arrived different from what you ordered, or defective, can be exchanged free of charge within the same window.
After my first order, when will my regular refill orders ship?
Your first regular shipment ships at least 10 days after your starter order. It takes us a few days to confirm details with your doctor, so orders placed Friday through the weekend ship the following week.
What happens if my prescription changes?
Just let us know — we'll contact your provider to confirm the update and adjust your subscription accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time, right from your account — or by reaching our support team. You can also delay a shipment instead of cancelling if you just need a break.
