Thank you for shopping at Zaremeers. We want you to love your new eyewear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have [14/30] days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your glasses. If [14/30] days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

The frames must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

The glasses must be in their original packaging (including the original case, microfiber cloth, and box).

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom prescription lenses (due to their personalized nature).

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.

Gift cards.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take extra care in quality control, but if your glasses arrive damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong pair, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for defective items at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return

The fastest way to ensure you get the frame you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new pair.
